1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you as a user and lbk8 as the operator of the online entertainment platform accessible at lbk8.org. This Agreement takes effect from the date you register an account or use any part of the lbk8 platform, whichever comes first.

By accessing or using the lbk8 website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies published by lbk8 from time to time, including Privacy Policy and page Responsible Gaming.

2 Member Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to register one (1) lbk8 account. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is strictly prohibited. lbk8 employs an advanced detection system to identify duplicate accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, phone number, and payment details. lbk8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) such as a national ID or passport to verify your account information before processing any withdrawal.

4 Deposits & Payments

Lbk8 supports a variety of deposit methods in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), including online bank transfers, FPX, and local e-wallets. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 1 for eligible payment methods.
• Deposits may only be made from an account or payment instrument registered in your own name.
• Lbk8 does not accept deposits from third parties or via methods not listed on the platform.
• Any deposit made using an unauthorised method may be suspended or reversed.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawal of funds from your lbk8 account is subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used during deposit and must be under the same name as your lbk8 account.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawal processing time ranges from 5 to 30 minutes depending on the payment method and system load.
• Daily minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the Withdrawal section of the platform.
• Lbk8 reserves the right to perform additional checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain limits.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Lbk8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) and the specific terms stated in each promotional offer. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fully met.

7 Game Rules

All games available on the lbk8 platform have their own rules displayed within each game's interface. In general, the following rules apply to all games:

• All game results are final once a round is completed. No appeals may be made against valid game outcomes.
• Games interrupted due to technical issues will be resolved in accordance with lbk8's system records, which are deemed accurate and final.
• Any bug or software malfunction that grants a player an unfair advantage does not make the resulting wins valid. lbk8 reserves the right to void such wins.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the game interface.

For Live Casino games, all outcomes are based on the actions of a real dealer streamed live. Game session recordings are retained by lbk8 for the purpose of resolving any disputes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the lbk8 platform:

• Registering or using more than one account.
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or other tools to play or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (match-fixing, chip dumping).
• Exploiting any technical errors, system bugs, or loopholes in promotional terms.
• Using illegally obtained funds to make deposits (money laundering).

• Threatening, harassing, or behaving rudely toward lbk8 support staff.

9 Privacy & Security

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Lbk8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term set out in this document.
• Facilitating or concealing fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC requirements within the specified timeframe.
• A member's own request to close their account (self-exclusion).
• Account inactivity exceeding the period specified under lbk8's policy.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons and not due to a terms violation, any remaining balance will be returned to you via the registered payment method, once all reviews have been completed.

11 Liability Limits

Lbk8 provides the platform with best efforts to ensure service availability and reliability at all times. However, lbk8 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from gaming activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• Actions by third parties including hackers or malicious actors operating beyond lbk8's control.

Lbk8's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of that member's most recent deposit.

12 Terms Amendment

Lbk8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, although lbk8 will endeavour to notify members of significant changes through the platform.

The latest version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on the lbk8 website, and the date of the last update will be displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the updated terms.
